Note that sketch covers were also available but only in France where they were jointly published by Urban Comics with an apparent distribution of 2,500 per sketch cover. Note that each of these collects a number of the Before Watchman issues hence they don't match the US DC issues (there were 7 tomes and the Jim Lee Moloch sketch and Dollar Bill sketch were not re-used).
At the start of September 2017, the CGC census had between 18 and 55 comics graded for each of the 1:200 variants with Silk Spectre having the largest at 55 (23 at 9.8) and Dollar Bill having the lowest at 18 (9 in 9.8) also Moloch had the lowest number graded at 9.8 at five (20 graded in total at that time). It is worth noting that the North American distribution for the comics was reasonably healthy for those with August published dates but distribution for subsequent issues dropped off significantly and the last comic distributed (Dollar Bill) had well below half the distribution of the August issues. This should in theory make the later 1:200 comics rarer, however, there is no published infomation on exactly how many of each 1:200 variant was printed and it is likely there would be complimentary and other non-distributed copies of each of the variants (in addition to those given out to comic shops).
Prices are a guide only and sellers, on auction sites such as ebay, can have quite varied prices for the same 1:200 variant in a similar condition (some copies can be twice the price of others!) - always worth checking for any recent realized (sold) prices as a guide.
