Rare This variant was only available to retailers who attended the Diamond Retailer Summits (DRS) in Fort Wayne and Las Vegas in Fall/Autumn 2003.
The comic was written by Jeph Loeb with art by Ed McGuinness & Dexter Vines and featured a special cover by Ed McGuinness:
CGC label this issue as a "Retailer Incentive Edition" with "Diamond/Alliance Retailer Summit Promotional issue" noted in the key comments. In early February 2015, CGC had recorded exactly 500 gradings.
eBay usually has a small number for sale at any one time so they are not too difficult to get hold of despite the low distribution.
