This issue was written by Charles Soule with interior art by Phil Noto with the 1:10 Paulo Rivera TV Variant and the 1:100 J. Scott Campbell Variant featured here.

Interestingly, the lowest ratio incentive variant seems to be the most popular and, in most cases, goes for more than the other incentive variants! The 1:100 Campbell variant is a close second (and has sold for more in the past) but the 1:200 and 1:50 incentive variants seem less popular and tend to go for less than $75 at the time of writing (early May 2023).

At the time of writing, in early May 2023, there were 61 recorded gradings of the "Rivera Variant Cover" in the CGC Census (with 37 in the top grade of 9.8, near mint/mint). The CBCS Population report recorded nine gradings at that some time (with five in the top grade of 9.8).

For the "Campbell Variant Cover", the CGC Census recorded 78 gradings (with 54 in the top grade of 9.8, near mint/mint), again in early May 2023. The CBCS Population report recorded one grading of the "Campbell Retailer Incentive" in 9.6 (near mint plus) at that same time.
