This is the Adam Hughes retailer incentive 1:50 cover variant of Doctor Strange #11 (from the 5th series from 2015).

There were two other editions of this issue available through Diamond: the first print standard cover by Kevin Nowlan (ISBN/UPC: 7-59606-08301-5-01111 / Diamond code: JUN160879) and the Ryan Stegman TSUM TSUM variant (ISBN/UPC: 7-59606-08301-5-01131 / Diamond code: JUN160881).

Another two cover variants were also available from Gamestop: The Expo 2016 color edition by Jamal Campbell (ISBN/UPC: 7-59606-08301-5-01141) and the Powerup Rewards exclusive using the same art but in black and white (ISBN/UPC: 7-59606-08301-5-01151):

This issue was written by Jason Aaron with interior art by Kevin Nowlan and Leonardo Romero.

CGC categorize this as the "Variant Edition" and their census had 43 recorded gradings in early April 2019, with 19 in the top grade of 9.8 (near mint / mint), three of which were on Signature Series labels.

Prices of these have settled down since 2016 with most raw copies selling for between $50 and $100 (circa April 2019), however, expect to pay over $250 for a CBCS or CGC 9.8 graded copy.
