Rare This is Ghost Rider #1 from 2011 (with a narrative tied in with the "Fear Itself" storyline), 1 for 50 retailer incentive variant cover by Neal Adams.
There were three other covers: the standard coved by Adam Kubert & J-Po, a blank cover and the limited 1 for 25 retailer incentive variant cover by Marte Gracia & Arturo Lozzi (all shown below):
The three covers above are all generally available for under $20 (with the exception of sketched blanks), however, the Adams cover has sold as high as $200 in the past.
In early October 2016, CGC had recorded only six gradings of the Adams variant, with the highest graded being a single unsigned 9.8 (Near Mint / Mint).
